These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with IT Bakehouse, operated by IT Bakehouse from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
1. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order becomes binding when we accept it by confirmation or begin fulfilment, subject to availability and valid payment information.
2. Products and availability
We aim to display accurate descriptions and photographs. Handmade products can vary slightly in shape, colour and decoration. We will not make a material substitution without your agreement.
3. Prices, payment and invoices
Base prices and checkout are in UAE dirhams. Other GCC currencies are estimates for display only. Checkout displays the product total, the AED 25 UAE delivery charge or free Abu Dhabi pickup, and any applicable tax before the order is placed. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
4. Customer information
You must provide accurate contact, delivery, pickup and payment information. Delivery is limited to the UAE.
5. Cancellations, returns and remedies
You may request cancellation before preparation or dispatch. Perishable food is generally not returnable for change of mind. All mandatory remedies remain available if goods are defective, incomplete, damaged, unsafe, not as described or delivered contrary to the agreed terms.
6. Food safety and allergens
Read the product information and supplied label before consumption or gifting. Our kitchen handles common allergens and cross-contact may occur.
7. Liability and complaints
Nothing in these terms excludes a liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded. Contact us with the order number and a clear description of any concern.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Mandatory consumer procedures and the competent UAE or Abu Dhabi courts apply.
