Delivery within the UAE
We currently accept delivery addresses in the United Arab Emirates only. A flat delivery fee of AED 25 is added once per delivery order and shown before the order is placed.
Delivery timing depends on production capacity, the destination and courier availability. Please provide a complete address, building or villa details, emirate, area and a reachable UAE mobile number.
Pickup in Abu Dhabi
You may choose free pickup at checkout. Wait for confirmation that the order is ready before travelling, then use the Google Maps pickup link on our website. The person collecting may be asked for the order name or number.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. A change or cancellation can be accepted when preparation and delivery arrangements have not begun. Products are baked and packed to order, so cancellation for change of mind may not be available after preparation starts.
Perishable food returns
Short-shelf-life food generally cannot be returned for a change of mind after delivery. This does not affect your rights when an order arrives defective, damaged, incomplete, unsafe, materially different from its description, or so late that it cannot serve its agreed purpose. Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. Do not consume a product that appears unsafe, spoiled, contaminated or tampered with.
